This past week went OK. We finally got back into the rhythm of training instead of doing classes "just because."
My personal trainer Trevor hurt is ankle so we could not train. But don't get me wrong, the classes still helped; they kept me active.
On the downside, my weight is coming off slowly, but I'm still going in the right direction. In the next month or so I will be going back on another diet to gain more muscle, not weight because I am now in the toning stage of my weight loss.
After this month (October was a rough month for some reason) I don't know if I will hit my goal, but I'm going to try. I know I have the support from my family and friends and my second family at Bodi N Blance to help me though it.
