Well, I should be back from Vegas by the time you read this. This was a very grueling trip for a person who is in a health contest! I'm not going to lie, I ate what I wanted, and ate at all different times.
As far as the exercise, I played 10 softball games in four days, with four of them in a row on Sunday. Even though my body is in a lot better condition than years past, the constant starting and stopping with slides and dives at full speed still creates heavy impact on these old muscles and joints. As I write this my body is aching and I can barely walk without feeling something sore.
I plan on getting back to my daily routine and strive towards my goal. Right now I couldn't tell you how much I weigh, but I probably will have a lil extra work to do to reach 240 by months end.
