Krispy Kreme, chips and margaritas

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I have had a very unusual week to say the least. My personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance has been busy with his location in Mount Vernon so we did not work out together this week at all.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I did do five pretty good cardio workouts, including one in which I did 11.7 miles on the bike at level nine (40 minutes) followed by 20 more minutes on the elliptical machine.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">The other workouts varied in length from 40 minutes (twice) to 25 minutes (twice). Each of these workouts was followed by several core exercises.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I felt pretty good about what I did on my own, but unfortunately, for whatever reason, I could not get enough to eat in any way, shape or form. I ate everything in sight and when that was gone, I went to the store to find more.

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I am embarrassed to say that one of my binge sessions included Lays potato chips, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a couple of margaritas. How's that for good nutrition?

mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace:none"> color:black">I gained several pounds and am depressed and disappointed with myself. I hope I can get back on track and shed them in the next week or two. Wish me luck.
