Ten more pounds gone

I had an excellent week of workouts. I am enjoying my increased strength and flexibility, as well as better balance and posture.

I have steadily increased my distance and resistance on the bike and elliptical machine. I still do not enjoy the treadmill, except for a fast walk. I have begun to do some outdoor biking and have been 10 miles twice without great strain.

text-autospace:none">I had a decent weight loss this month (about 10 pounds), but the measurements did not really reflect the loss for whatever reason. I hope they will catch up this month. I have now lost 61 pounds, but two-thirds of it was in the first two months. I guess I am paying for my early success with a slower pace now.
