On Thursday morning I facilitated a forum that explained programs that insulate homes for free, give rebates on energy conservation and devise and give subsidies on electric and natural gas.
We had 26 people attend. What I don’t understand is why didn’t we have 226 people attend? I realize people work, but we have 16,000 people age 60+ living in Erie County. One percent of that group would be 160 people.
So let me ask you this: Did you know that regardless of age, if your gross annual income is no more than:
