Things are going good my way. I lost 3 pounds. I went to the gym to do my weight circuits as well as some cardio and free weights.
A friend of mine let me borrow her P90X DVD program. I'm thinking this will be an added boost for me. The workouts are intense and adding lfting circuits and various cardio sessions on the tread mill,elipitical, and spin bike I will bounce back in no time.
I spoke with fellow FIT Challenger Jacob Mohr during our monthly meeting at the Register. We planned on me joining him in one of the classes BodI N Balance offers. Jacob has done a great job and I would enjoy working out along side him.
FIT Challenge alum Annette has not made it to the gym with me yet. She has also started to do a version of the P90X series. I'm excited to see how she does.
