Intense, focused, motivating force. My personal trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness in Perkins Township is all of those things. I can get pretty whiny and he just blows it off. I love that about him. I really appreciate the fact that he just keeps pushing me, even though I'm pouting or whining. I need that.
The scale is not showing a difference in weight at this point and that is very unnerving to me. This past week, I took a look at my food journal to see what I could change in my eating habits. I have started to apply the changes this week. I do, however, see a difference in how my clothes look and fit when they are on and I have to say I'm impressed by some of the changes.
I'm still learning to jog so I will be ready July 11 for the 5k. I will be there with bells on as long as I can get off work. If I have to work that day, at least I can say I now can jog. My workouts are going great, and I'm actually starting to like exercising again. I hope soon I can say I love it.
