I had a very good week in the exercise area. I had two very good workouts with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance in Port Clinton and did a third he wrote up for me. I also did two cardio workouts that consisted of 20 minutes of recumbent bike and 20 minutes of elliptical work.
The chest workout that Trevor wrote up for me was quite hard for some reason – I just felt weak throughout the whole thing – probably because I did not eat anything before the session.
I have lost a couple of more pounds and am looking forward to measurements at the end of the week. Hopefully, I can have a good week in the nutrition area so I can maximize the work I have been doing in the gym.
