I am back on track with my workouts with personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance in Port Clinton.
We did two workouts together, and I did one weight workout and two cardio-based workouts on my own.
I continue to struggle with the nutrition portion and am going to try to do a food journal to see if that helps me.
I am fine at work, for the most part. My biggest problem being that I usually opt for diet soda instead of water.
We have had our 4-year-old grandson with us for the last week and, while it has been fun, it does not help the diet when he and Grandma make chocolate chip cookies. They are my favorite and they leave them out in plain sight.
Wish me luck this week, while I try to get back on track. I am doing great with my exercise program if I could only get going with the diet and keep the junk food away and out of sight.
