FIT CHALLENGE: 'Why slow down now?'

This past week went well. I did my normal routine, taking classes at the gym and working out with Trevor and by myself.

Other than that there is nothing new report. I only need to lose about 30 more pounds to reach my goal of 100, so about 10 pounds a month.

That sounds hard, but I have come all this way, why slow down now with only three months to go?
