With summer quickly approaching, school ending, and new adventures coming, I just wanted to take a minute to remind everyone to take a breather and relax.

To often, we find ourselves caught up in the mayhem of our daily lives. Days rush by without us really appreciating the sunshine. If we all stopped, took a breather and really appriciated what we have, a lot of peaple wouldn't be as stressed as they are.

Life is hard. No one can deny that. There are bills to pay, people to worry about, too much to do and not enough time to do it in. But we need to learn to take just a minute out of the day, breathe in deep and remember that everything happens for a reason (even the bad things). Everything does work out in the end.

People need to stop worrying so much, and learn to have fun. You only get one life, you know. We need to start living each day like we were dying. That's really the only way to live. Just chillax, OK?

I know the economy is still failing, gas prices are up, and day-to-day living can be rough. But smile once in a while. It really does improve your mental health. Don't live a life controlled by fear, don't live your life controlled by worry. Live your life for you. For fun, for good times, for laughter, and happy memories. Live life for compassion and for love. When life gets you down, all you have to do is remember to chillax.
