There is really nothing very exciting to report. I was sick for three days and missed some work. I only got in four workouts – two with Trevor and two cardio workouts. Eating went OK. I haven’t been on the scale, but feel better and hope mid-month measurements this week will show some progress. Hopefully, this week will be a better one as far as workouts and nutrition, and I will have a better, more interesting, report for next week.
