This past week was more of the same. I am still frustrated with my performance. The effort is there, but I don't feel the accomplishment for some reason.
I only lost 1 pound this past week, but I am still working out three or more times a week.
Trevor Tieche (my trainer) was talking to me on Friday and he was giving me a pep talk in a sense, telling me I need to clear my head and not worry so much, so I'm not so stressed. Had a fun time with my family this past weekend; had a nice cheat day and now it's time to get back at it.
