When I first signed up for this challenge I thought this should be easy since I'm an ex-athlete and I wanted to get back in shape anyways, but this is not the case.
At first I was excited because the weight was falling off and I was gaining strength and endurance. Now I'm still working out and pretty active, but not really watching what I eat.
The result is it's not working.
I've come to the conclusion that I really must exercise and DIET regularly. I started going back to some old
habits with old results. I have to rededicate myself to this way of living and fight through the adversity. It's more mentally challenging than physically challenging at this point. So look for positive results in near future. Ken and I are deriving a plan to get back to the basics and achieve the goal set at the beginnin 220lbs!
