I'm down 2 pounds for the week. I wish I lost a few more, but I will take it.
I really have nothing new to report. I am just working out and taking care of my family. My daughter has lost a few pounds since May. She is proud or herself and so am I.
I am looking forward to the end of the month for fall soccer league to begin.
This will be the first time my son can actually play on a team. That means I will have four kids playing at once! I need to take the time to practice with them to not only help them but I can burn additional calories as well.
December is not that far away when you have 40+ pounds to lose.
