Breaking up with negative people

First things first, I would like to address the negative comments that have been recently posted on my blog. I’m not sure whom you are, but I do not accept or appreciate the negative energy you are sending my way.
Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion, but just because you have two hands capable of typing does not mean you need to type it.
If you do not like what you read on my blogs, please do not return to read them. If you feel I am a disappointment and full of excuses, well that is your opinion. My opinion on that statement is: “You sound like my ex-boyfriend,  and I didn’t need any negativity from him and I don’t need any from you.”
As you read in my previous blog, he is now my “ex,” so again if you don't like something you read, you can now be my “ex-reader.” With that said, I wash my hands of this situation and I will no longer dwell on the issue.
The positive
I had numerous workouts this past week; my energy level is starting to increase along with my strength. Three times this past week, I worked out two times a day. A friend of mine gave me “The Biggest Loser” workout DVD. I absolutely love it.
Since Mother Nature was so kind to us this past weekend, the kids and I played outside, went for walks, took bike rides and drew on the sidewalk and driveway with chalk.
For Easter, the girls each got a jump rope, which neither of them knew how to use, so I showed off skills. If they only knew that just up until a month ago, I hadn’t jumped rope since third grade. What they don’t know won't hurt them, plus they were impressed that Mom had such skills.
I am looking forward to another good week. I plan on being down about 35 pounds by the next FIT magazine, which comes out May 12.
Summer is almost here and that means days by the pool in bathing suits and nights with friends and family in shorts and tank tops — and this year, I'll be in shorts.

The best thing to give your enemies is forgiveness; and the best way of removing negativity is to laugh & be joyous!!

The great pleasure in life is DOING what people say you CANNOT do!

This statement is so true to the situation you are in right now..............YOU are showing people that you CAN lose weight............Not for them but for YOURSELF.

As always..........I am soooooooo PROUD of YOU!!

Love, Aunt  Sheri

Good for you Kristin.

I dropped 30 pounds about 2 years ago, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself.

Negative people bring nothing into your life, and they only get fulfillment by keeping you from your happiness.  So, not playing their game takes the fun away.

The great thing about democracy is that everyone has a voice.  The bad thing about democracy is, EVERYONE has a voice.  And sometimes they don't have anything good to say.

I'm so proud of you:) You can do it, and keep up the good work! Don't let the negative comments affect you. They are just jealous because they can't do what you do;) You're a strong person and I know what you can do. So just brush it off and start a new day.

p.s. It's Mercedes:)

First and foremost, you have a great influence on people. (: Keep up the good work!  You're definately going to feel better about yourself in the end.  The negative comments can be useful to push yourself harder because in the end, who's the winner really going to be?  You. (:
