The Morning Journal recently published a story about the sexual harassment suit filed against Matt Kline. According to the story, city manager Matt Kline admits to putting his hands on former police chief Kim Nuesse's shoulders during a department head meeting, but denies it was sexual harassment. As you know, after the allegations surfaced, the city referred to their employee handbook to figure out the proper way to deal with an employee accused of sexual harassment.
Well, not exactly. Turns out the city didn't have any guidelines on how to deal with sexual harassment. (In this day and age!)
Kline wasn't sure if Chief Nuesse thought his jokes were funny so he put his hands on her shoulders and leaned over her to make sure she liked his humor. Not sure if she's comfortable? Do something that will likely make her feel more uncomfortable.
Genius. Pure genius.
Question: Where did Sandusky find this paragon of wisdom?
