This past week was decent.
This week was the first time I had to do 3 miles as a warm-up. I did it in about 27 minuets, which for the first time isn't too bad. My personal trainer Trevor Tieche at Bodi N Balance wants me to be ready for a 5K the 27th of July.
I worked out my three day this past week, all with Trevor. We worked on legs and arms and we did a high cardio workout, which sucked because it was rough. We did five exercises per minute with drills in between.
Also, I am still doing my barefoot running and it is getting better.
My confidence is coming slowly but surely. I am also excited for the Pugil Stick Tournament at Bodi N Balance on Saturday. It should be fun.
