Hello people, well I've endured the first half of the year. Let me tell you it's been a roller coaster ride. I had lots of peaks and valleys, but overall I am happy with my progress.
I made the 250-mark by July 1, weighing in at 248, which put me down 55 pounds, but after the holiday weekend I am sure I put a couple back on.
Starting the second half of the year I've decided that once a week I would host a workout session with people who want to change their lifestyle like I did.
My trainer Ken Cutcher and I will go through a basic workout with that person demonstrating and executing each exercise. We will work with all ages and all shapes and sizes. Just reply to blog and I'll try to accommodate as many as possible.
