Not a whole lot to report this week. I have recovered from my trip and I am getting back to my workouts.
In the next couple of weeks I should be able to do a 3-mile run at a steady pace.
My personal trainer Trevor Tieche of Bodi N Balance has bumped me down from a 2-mile run to a mile in a half to let my muscles relax for a bit.
I can tell that being 50 pounds less affects my attitude and my overall outlook on life.
Early in the challenge I'd admit I didn't want to work out, but after awhile I started to look forward to my workouts and my runs.
