This week was a normal week. I went to the gym a few times. I don't want to weigh in until July 7 so I will not have a weight update for you until then.
I returned to the aqua aerobic class I had once attended. It was fun. The water feels so good to work out in. After class I swam a few laps and did some other water exercises.
I plan to include the aqua classes at the YMCA to my weekly schedule. Now that it's summer, it's a lot nicer to go. It was not enjoyable getting out of the pool to go into 25 degree weather.
On Sunday my daughter turned 5, so the family headed to Skate World. I had a great time. Roller skating is not only fun but good cardio.
I did some working out at home this week as well. Other than that I am just working towards my halfway goal!
