This past week was a short week in the gym. I worked out only twice before I left for Chicago.
I had a good time, but I overdid it. I think the only way to eat there was to eat out and I did not make good choices.
I did not have control like I do at home, but it's a new week and I know what I have to do to get on track. Get my portions right, less beer and back to my two-a-days, although I did run when I was there.
'm afraid that this trip might have ruined me because I can tell what happens when I let my food guard down and I don't like it.I know I am allowed to have fun like that, but not four days in a row.
