Hey guys, this month so far has been a climb. Just so many things going on busy busy busy.
I've been going to physical therapy three times a week and then doing cardio or going to the gym afterwards. Usually after that it's off to work or baseball or softball games. It's a rare night to sit around with family to have a big healthy dinner.
This is also the time when all my old ball players graduate and I have to go to their graduation party. Not too many healthy choices there.
As you will see in my featured story this week I have just maintained my weight. Time to cut down to 250 pounds even if some people are saying I'm cutting weight the wrong way. As long as it comes off I'll be able to maintain it.
