Hi guys, I'm getting back on track and back to the gym now.
Since I hurt my shoulder I can't do any pushing movements, but I can pretty much do everything else.
I've been going to physical therapy and then to the gym afterwards. I'm pretty sore but otherwise feeling good. The strength is coming back and I'm back to work.
My goal is to get down to 250 by month's end. That's the halfway point and it would be 53 pounds. Shouldn't be a problem if I follow my diet and continue my workout routine.
