This past week went a little rough.
It started out with Derek Tieche and me working out on Tuesday and Wednesday doing a little bit of everything at a high intensity.
Thursday I went to the quarry and did some work by myself, a run followed by some drills that I learned.
Friday was also a busy day; I had to work late and also had to get in a workout and go to the newspaper. After the newspaper, Trevor wanted me to meet him at the Shelby Street dock. I went and so did my other trainer Derek Nimrichter. We went out on his boat to the sandbar.
I don't know what it is about Friday workouts, but that was one of the roughest in-your-face boot camp workouts ever. We did a lot of different exercise, while carrying that stupid log that came with us to the quarry two weeks ago.
Since I gained 2 pounds last week, Trevor thought it would be a good idea to start doing two-a-days. I would go to the gym and then after a meal, I would do at least a 20-minute workout (about 10 sets of 15 push-ups and about a 20-minute run or swim).
