This past week was not a good one.
I work out back-to-back days May 23 and 24 and then had a two-day rest where I didn't do anything, except gain 2 pounds.
Friday was another rough day. I went to the Castalia Quarry in my barefoot. It was by far one of the toughest workouts I have ever done.
We lightly jogged half of the quarry while we stopped along the way to do some exercises. Oh, and we had to carry a log with us, too.
Anyways, we got to a point and stopped to do some push-ups,curls and some lower back extensions on top of a rock. After that we took the long trip down.
I know I gained 2 pounds and I'm angry about it, but it's all my fault. I snacked when I should not have. I will get back on track I promise.
