I had a good week in the gym, but it didn’t show on the scale. I weighed in with zero loss or gain.
My weight stayed the same, but I lost inches. My BMI went down, so that means I have gained some muscle. Regardless, I want the scale to change, so I am hoping for a big week.
I am going to set up another meeting with the dietitian to modify my diet for my present weight. I am supposed to meet with her every 10 pounds lost. I have not seen her since February.
I feel I need to address my diet habits and see where there is room for improvement. I think this will help me on the scale.
Other than that, everything else is the same. With the weather getting warmer I plan on getting back to the pool at the YMCA.
It was terrible during the cold weather to transition from the pool to the cool weather outside. It will be much easier to throw on some flip flops and shorts and a shirt and head out.
