FIT CHALLENGE: Mohr considers running a 5K

This past week went OK, but it was also a little frustrating. I had a little bit of a break in the beginning of the week. Toward the end of the week, I had three good workouts.

March 23 and 24, I worked out with my personal trainer Trevor Tieche; we did legs and chest and also worked on some balance work, which I got frustrated with real quickly. It seems like I have no balance whatsoever and it's making me angry.

The next day went well in the gym. I seem to be moving faster on some exercises and also on that day my mom came and got a consolation. I hope she joins the gym in the near future.

On March 25, I worked with Derek Tieche. We did a lot of different things, which gave me any overall good workout.

Baseball season is coming soon and I got an e-mail from the Chicago Cubs Fan Club saying that it is doing a fun run and a race called "Race To Wrigley." It is a 5k, so about 3 miles. I am seriously thinking about it.  I mean why not right?  Anyways if not this year, maybe next year.

As March ends, I do not know if I reached my goal and if I didn't, I know what I have to do to stay the course.
