Well, I witnessed history this past weekend while I was in Columbus for the State Wrestling Tournament. Congratulations to the boys from Monroeville on their 4peat. They have been a real treat to watch.
Also, congrats to the other area wrestlers that went down to the tourney and made a strong showing. This area is rich in athletes.
I know I've lost a bunch of weight, but I don't know how good I would look in a singlet right now? Maybe in December we can get that pic.
My personal trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness and I were talking this afternoon about me getting to train him for a session just to see what I've learned and how hard the trainer would actually work. I think he's trying to show me up because he knows he can do the workouts he puts me through. What he doesn't know is I've been reading up on some new workouts just for such an occasion! I will enjoy every minute of it, but also empathize with him because I know what it's like to feel the pain!
So far, Ken has been pushing the right buttons. My endurance is increasing by the day and my flexibility and range of motion is five times what it was. I still have a ways to go with the range of motion. I hope this helps with my golf game because it could sure use the help. With signing up two more years at the course, I will be able to get some serious walking in while having fun.
Have a great day people, Troy Keegan
