Well, I didn't know such a positive event in the Keegan Family's lives could possibly cause confrontation among our readers or at least one that is.
I'm just saying follow the old advice our mothers used to tell us, "If you don't have anything nice to say about someone then don't say anything at all."
That's the last you'll hear me respond to any negativity related to these blogs. And as for my supporters, thanks for sticking up for me, but I don't want to feed ammunition to the negative people out there. We'll kill'em with kindness.
This competition is not all about just losing weight and getting in shape. It's about a total life change and with that comes a positive outlook on life.
Sure, I'm going to look better and feel great physically after this year, but if I don't train my mind to continue the lifestyle, then I not only wasted my time, but my family and my trainer Ken's, too. I don't want go backwards so I'm starting to train everything at once.
I hope the other two competitors feel the same as I do and I wish them the best of luck again because I know this journey takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
