This week did not go so well. There are a couple of reasons why, but instead of me explaining all of them, I feel it’s better to just move forward.
I know I have said in past blogs that this journey is easier than expected but there are still going to be ups and downs. I want to make my goal of 20 pounds by the end of February, and even with this setback I will still accomplish that.
I am applying what I learned from the dietitian when it comes to shopping and knowing how to read a label. Also knowing what my calorie intake should be and what I am allowed to eat has been a great help.
Hopefully, as time goes by all this information will come more naturally. I enjoy talking with my guests at work and passing off the knowledge I now have. It feels good to be able to help others.
My plan for the rest of the month is to GO HARD! I want to make up for lost days and still end this month with a bang. I am deciding if I want to focus more on weight training or circuit training in March. Look for my feature page in the Sandusky Register on 3/1 to find out my decision.
