FIT CHALLENGE: Mohr takes in yet another belt notch

I forgot to tell you that I survived the Super Bowl without wings, beer and snacks.

This past week went pretty well. It was the last week of my six-week diet. Now, I get to have "regular food," but only in moderation, which I need to learn how to do.

Tuesday, the 8th, I trained With Derek Nimrichter. We did arms and chest; it went well. I started to push myself on each drill and exercise.

Thursday, the 10th, I worked with Derek Tieche and as always, he gives me a rough workout because we just don't focus on just one thing, we do the whole body.

Saturday was my first workout with Kathy Tieche. She was really patient with me and we did some yoga stances at the end of our workout ... not built for that yet!

On Thursday, the Sandusky Register came to my house and took pictures of my master skills, chopping vegetables and making rice. They even took a picture of our snack drawer with no snacks in it.

Overall, this past month has gone better than I expected. I know there is going to be ups and downs, but so far it has been up for me and it seems like every week I have to take in another belt notch.

I've been following your progess and I am so excited for you!  There is a noticeable difference in your appearance already.

You are doing an awesome job, keep it up. I can't wait to see the before and after at the 6 month mark.

Time to buy some new clothes yet? Just wait until you get to try on smaller sizes, it feeeeeels so good! Great incentive to keep on goin and to keep the weight off for good.

Rootin' for ya!

I know a guy that lost 10 lbs of body fat swimming the English Channel.  How far do you think it is to Put N Bay from the Causeway?  Don't worry I will be in the boat next to you for most of the time.
