We are finally winding down the year and it seems like it just flew on by. I have definitely enjoyed the competition and learning experience.
The past few weeks I've been working out with my trainer, Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness. The workouts have really been fun and exhausting. Nothing like going to the gym for a good sweat, but I enjoy every minute of it. Even the ones where I'm trying to catch my breath.
But all in all things are going good. We are definitely working on trying to improve my core. During certain exercises I feel so weak and its mainly because the core of my body is weak. My goal by the end of the year is to do a push-up. Haven't been able to do that all year.
My diet has been off and on. I get the motivation and then I lose it. I just need to refocus the way I was when I started this competition and everything will run smoothly.
Hopefully, after my family and I move into our new house and get through the holidays and all the stress is gone, I will be able to be right on track.
