Since my blog last week, I feel like I have a new wind. I've started to feel like this is January again when I was so determined to do this. I feel really unstoppable. I want to finish this competition strong.
I had my first workout with a new trainer, Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness. I acquired him due to my other trainer, Kevin Gallagher of Anytime Fitness, going to Japan for a while.
I have to say, both of them are really great trainers. Their workouts are totally different but in the same really effective.
I think the stress level part of me has come down a lot, which is really helping with me keeping my head on straight.
As those of you who have been following me know, my husband and I have been trying to purchase a home these past few months. Well, we finally found a house, were approved and will close on it Nov. 12.
We will be moving to Bellevue in mid-December. The house we got actually has some great things to add to my weight loss.
It's right across the street from one of the reservoirs, which will come in handy for the spring/summer for walking and running. I'm also right down the street from the Bellevue Recreation Center, another plus for working out.
And we also have a pool at our house. What's better than a water workout? So I think all these things will help me keep my journey going after this is all said and done.
One of the perks of being an Anytime Fitness member is you have access to the Anytime Health website. I think this website will be the key for keeping me on my diet and helping to achieve my goal of 120 pounds lost.
It has everything right at my finger tips. From exercise videos, to a diet tracker (which I am using daily), to a daily exercise tracker and much more. It tells me how many calories to eat for the day and how many calories I need to burn. The whole key to weight loss, I believe is calories in - calories out.
I'm really excited about the next few months and seeing how the holidays play into my weight loss. I think with me being in the right mindset now, I won't have any problem.
