Jack Cafferty (CNN) Rips Obama For Lack Of Tranparency, Openness

He's finally admitting...

Obama-fan Commenters, be sure to aim your venom at Jack Cafferty.  After all, he said it.  Not me.

Yesterday Mr. Predictable said: It's Bush's fault.

http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=1578368194&play=1   Obie reminds me of a football coach who after coaching the team for 19 mos. and while having a losing season is still complaining about the previous coach for his losses.   Don't you think that the fans would want the owner to fire him for whining?   Here's part of Obie's dismal track record:   50 million Americans are on Medicaid

40 million people get food stamps   10 million receive unemployment insurance   More than 4.4 million people are on welfare   "The federal price tag for Medicaid has jumped 36% in two years, to $273 billion. Jobless benefits have soared from $43 billion to $160 billion. The food stamps program has risen 80%, to $70 billion. Welfare is up 24%, to $22 billion. Taken together, they cost more than Medicare.”   http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2010-08-30-1Asafetynet30_ST_N.htm

From the numbers, doesn’t it look like the Incompetent-in-Chief wants as many people dependent on the govt. for their health and welfare as possible? Makes ‘em good Democrats.

@ ragtop66:   Mr. Lincoln had dissenters exiled and/or thrown in prison without trial. He instituted an income tax, fiat currency and military conscription.   He had to make the Union more tyrannical and authoritarian in order to preserve it?   IMO, he should be credited as the father of big government in the U.S.

To find a truly ethical president, ya probably gotta go back to the man that didn’t want the job – Washington.

Pete  you stated" Terry Booose means nothing to me. " He should . He is an elected official. Please...get involved locally.

Some did, & I was fortunate to be among them. We got OUR local elected employee to do the will of the people in a small way. These blogs are useful for said actions.

Please do more than talk like another blogger that posted before me.

Terry Boose isn't MY Rep, hence why he isn't my primary focus

Dennis Murray is. And I am doing everything I can to help get him the boot. Gonne help Mr Krabill any way I can

And for the first time I have sent a check to a political campaign. Gonna see if I can help get our Pork Queen Marcy some unemployment compensation!

brutus smith

So what you are saying is that Lincoln was a true Repub? Finally coming around eh winnie?

Repubs have nothing, nada, zilch.

I am with you Pete.  Give Murray the BOOT.  We need new politicians that believe they are NOT Santa Claus and just give tax dollars away like candy.  They all want to be famous as the most "pork" riddled people so they can secure liberal freeloader votes.  ENOUGH.  We are out of money.  The county is broke, the state is broke and so is the federal government.  Too bad this liberal state cannot print it's own money.  Then you crybaby liberal freaks would be in heaven.  Ha! Ha!

Yet another lib jumpung ship Obamacrap.

Dean: If Dems Lose, It's Obama's Fault   BY John McCormack August 22, 2010 3:29 PM $(document).ready(function() { fontResizer('14px','16px','18px'); });

Via The Hill, former DNC chairman and Vermont governor Howard Dean ripped into the Obama White House this morning on CNN and said that the Democrats' fate in the midterm elections rests on Obama's shoulders. Asked about Obama's bad poll numbers, Dean said:

I think that we are in tough times in America. We have got an unemployment rate that's over 9 percent. We have got, you know, people who are still making a zillion dollars on Wall Street while the average person thinks that they are doing great, and how come, since they were the ones that screwed up the economy, we're not -- we're where we are. There's a lot of resentment. It's a tough time.

I have lived long enough to know that a most of the time in Politics you can't believe what you read but I know two things for sure:

 1) I have witnessed no tranparency and have quit watching for it on CNN.  It doesn't exsist.

  2) Now the Democratic Reps. are saying the Repubs won't negotiate a couple main points that were in the Health Care Bill.  I, and millions more, begged them to negotiate before they voted on the billand they would have no part of listening.  If they didn't listen when we were begging them to listen what is my alternative???  Vote them out and get a person that will listen.

brutus smith

After a year and a half of no Repub ideas it was time to move on.

Repubs have absolutely nothing, nada, zilch.

brutie I am glad you will soon get the meds you must really need "no ideas" Obamacrap, Queen Nancy and dirty Harry refuse to even consider any thing that blocks their socialist agenda, knowing full well that their time is limited, Nov.2, 2010 Independence Day.

democraps have unlimited debt and higher taxes.

brutus smith

sam, if you know what the Repub plan is you might want to let congressman Bonehead know, because even he doesn't know yet.

Repubs have absolutely nothing, nada, zilch.

Since the Unemployment Rate is expected to rise in August and Construction Spending dropped TWICE as much as forecast to a ten year low, the "nothing, nada, zilch" the Republican's have is bound to be a whole heck of a lot better than the "sumptin" the Democrats have!

Give me nothing over what the Democrats have given us any day!!!!!!!!!!!

brutie must be tough what with the USS Obamacrap sinking fast and the lib rats jumping ship.

democraps have higher debt and higher taxes

A Repub plan?   Didn’t the Repubs meet with Obie back in Jan. and give him one? Did he lose it?   http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/01/29/transcript-of-president-o_n_442423.html   Before and since, ol’ Excuses-in-Chief’s mantra for his incompetence has been: If it ain’t Bush’s fault - it’s the Repubs’    Regardless. In 2006, Congressional Dems ran as the anti-Bush party. Whatever Bush wanted they were against it.   Now that same political tactic has been essentially turned on them and they’re whining: Where’s the beef?   The best thing that the Repubs could do is to stay out of it and allow the Dems to self-destruct for November.   So far, the Dems are doing a fine impression of a suicide bomber who fails to achieve his objective and only blows himself up - why help 'em?

In The Light

Must I remind you that Good Old Jack is one person and did you notice that he also mentioned Pelosi?

Interesting that none of your type, 6079 Smith W, were ever concerned about openess, or any efforts to hold Bushwacker and his crew's feet to the fire. What is missing in your "Ananlysis" (lol) is that the Bushwacker administration screwed you and your kind, and everyone else, unless you were wealthy.

I am always amazed that your type can/could never see through the many contradictions of what the "Repubs" did to the lesser clowns that were/are loyal to them. We know (lol) that Chainey was very open and communicated and acted on the majority's behalf. I do notice that YOU do not indicate when Obama is not being truthful about what he inherited from Bushwacker. If you did attempt to do so it would require that you first have amnesia and then use fiction as your source. Oh, you have been using fiction!!

Exactly what did you gain from your "Repubs" running the country? Where did the jobs go? When did America become a major debtor nation? How many wars were started under your "Repubs?" Did you ever see any of those weapons of mass destruction?

For all of those persons that did not have health care when Bushwacker took office did they have it when he left? Do you know that the number of millionaires and billionaires increased when your "Repubs" were in charge? Did you get your share of the loot from the billions that disappeared in Iraq (you do know about it don't you?)? Was the country better off after Bushwacker lead it for EIGHT YEARS?

What is difficult for you is that you will have to know some facts in order to answer these questions. Do you really believe that the "Repub" leadership has YOUR best interest in mind? Do they consult you before THEY make decisions?

Enough for now. If you can give factual answers to those questions I doubt if you will be able to respond by Christmas. NO RHETORIC ALLOWED!!!

 @ In The Light:

Openness? How much of the Patriot Act has Mr. Obama recinded? Seems like he likes it just the way it is.   A Repub salvation? Nope. I just like to see the Dems get their collective tushes handed to ‘em.   In a nutshell: Public "entitlements" of health and welfare benefits will eventually bankrupt this country fiscally. There ain’t much either party can do.   Plant closing in the U.S. began under POTUS Carter. The low-skilled U.S. labor force is no longer competitive with foreigners who will work 10-12 hr. days for a $1 an hr. It ain’t comin’ back.   And besides; a lot of manufacturing in the U.S. has been automated. It takes fewer laborers to operate a plant than it did 30-40 yrs. ago.   Like it or not; the key to a well paying, quality job is an education – pure and simple. Even Mr. Obama has stated that.

re : in the light..bush never got on tv a read from his teleprompter that told him to say "i will change the way the gov does business.  we will be open and not hide anything from the people of the us.".  pay attention to what cafferty is saying.  if you have to replay it!

brutus smith

I love it how these Repubs don't want you to mention Bush or Cheney and how they destroyed the middle class, but they are the 1st ones to bring up Carter. Carter, really?

Repubs have nothing, nada, zilch.

brutie, Peanut Jimmy, really how about intern Billy Clinton, Obama has done more to destroy the middle class in 20 months than any other president in history.

democraps have high taxes, no guts.

6079 Smith W

Openness? This happened back in March and we're just learning about it?

Here comes Mr. Obama and his gun bans:

I searched the WH website and this incident doesn't show up. I wonder why?

Wouldn't you think that "Dear Leader" would want to crow about keeping us safe?

Openness? Herr Hitler would be proud.

The General

Bye, Bye, Bye O-Bye-ma.....

Well well winnie. you never carried a weapon for this country, you even stated that on your other rants.

Now you display the flag here.

My uniform had crossed rifles on each bicep.

It is non-veterans like you how give my America a bad name overseas.

Go help Jack. People like him need you.

7 Lies In Under 2 Minutes by Obama. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UErR7i2onW0

Remember Obama's speech in 2008?

"I will make our government open and transparent so that anyone can ensure that our business is the People's business," he said. "I am going to make it impossible for congressmen or lobbyists to slip pork-barrel projects or corporate welfare into laws when no one is looking because, when I'm president, meetings where laws are written will be more open to the public. No more secrecy. That's a commitment I'm going to make to you as President: No more secrecy."

The President outlined a clear vision of open government in that speech:

"When there's a bill that ends up on my desk as President, you, the public, will have five days to look online and find out what's in it before I sign it so that you know what your government is doing.

When there are meetings between government lobbyists and a government agency, we will put as many of those meetings as possible on line for every American to watch.

When there's a tax bill being debated in Congress, you will know the names of the corporations that would benefit and how much money they would get, and we will put every corporate tax break and every pork-barrel project on line for every American to see. You will know who asked for them, and you can decide whether your representative is actually representing you."

No more secrecy?????

When you mention "Tea Party" to a Liberal they immediately assume that they have to defend O'Bama and bash Bush and Cheney.  Liberals, "With Me" this is not the situation.  I was fed-up with Bush and Cheney and was really thinking it couldn't be any worse, wrong again.  After 8 years of Bush people had higher expectations and when this joker came on the scene it has become more that anyone can stand.  To those of you who are content with this administration, you are very easy to please.  A cup of rice a day and a piece of dog meat once a week and you'll be fine.   I'm not going to live every day life like I've witnessed and the suffering by many during WW11.  This is leading to conditions never before seen in this country.  I'd say the hand writing is on the wall but it's even more obvious than that..  They are telling us what they want our country to be and you're not listening.

Oh Winnie, here we go now you are comparing Hitler to President Obama. You are such a low life, do you have any morals at all?
