This past week has been great! Don’t let me forget to mention it was also nice and hot. As I approach the month of June, the last month of the FIT Challenge, I am ready to put the pedal to the metal. Meaning there’s no stopping me now and I’m going to get to that 200-pound mark, no matter what it takes.
Summer school is still in full swing, I just have a couple more weeks to go and I will be done before the end of June. Even though my schedule is busy with work and summer school, I am still staying focused with my diet and exercise.
This past Sunday I did cheat. I went out to eat at Olive Garden after church. Boy was the menu pricey, and I knew I had to stay within the limits of my diet. So, I decided to have the soup and salad special, and boy it was good. The salad was very fresh, which I had a nice helping of, and the soup was OK and I washed it all down with two glasses of water.
The workouts my Anytime Fitness personal trainer Ken Cutcher and I are working on targeting my whole body and we do them in circuits, which allows me to get a good workout and does not leave me feeling tired after I am done. It keeps the heart rate flowing and has me energized.
Carla and Craig, each and every one of us are almost at are weight-loss goals and we must all finish strong. After the FIT Challenge is done we must continue. We are all winners at the end of the day and not competitors.
Thanks to all my supporters for all the out pouring of love and endless support.
