First I would like to make it clear, that I know I am in a challenge, but as time goes by I am not really concerned about who takes first place. I am just glad that I got this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The only thing that I want for myself is to get to my goal/ideal weight of 180 pounds and keep the weight off.
This past week was a very busy week for me; I am feeling better than what I did the week before. It had been a hard week at work. I have been doing well about getting on my treadmill my grandpa let me borrow. I am on it three times each week.
My diet and my eating habits have really improved a lot. I am carefully measuring every little thing I eat; because I am determined to lose the weight.
I was disappointed that I came in third on my own turf at the Anytime Fitness gym in Norwalk, but I am more motivated and looking forward for the next challenge. I am not going to give up. I have a lot of people who are supporting me and I am staying focused.
I am going on a trip in July to Florida, and I want to be thin and feel good about myself. I have some good and bad days, but nothing is going to stop me from staying determined and motivated. I have a good trainer and I want him and all those supporting me to be proud of my accomplishments of losing the weight and keeping it off. Carla and Craig keep up the good work!
