FIT CHALLENGE: Grant rebounds, loses 4 lbs. in one week

Well first I would like to say I know some of my supporters might be upset with me gaining the 3 pounds two weeks ago, but no one is perfect.  This past week was great, but I had to fight a temptation, which was very challenging.

I went to a wedding reception and boy-oh-boy the food and dessert buffet was long and looked delicious. 

But I fought the temptation and ate very small portions and ate meat and vegetables.  I did have a very small piece of wedding cake; I had to satisfy the sweet tooth!  The dieting is going good, counting the calories, watching my portions closely and drinking plenty water.  The workouts are a little tough and make me sore sometimes, but I will get through them.

This past weekend my grandpa gave me his treadmill to use, so I will be able to workout at home.  So I had to get weighed in Friday and you will not believe what happened.  I did not lose 1 pound, but I lost 4 pounds for the week.  I did it and I’m proud of myself.  My personal trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness was so excited and proud of me also.
