The workouts with my personal trainer Ken Cutcher of Anytime Fitness are becoming more challenging, but I like them. At times I am a little sore, but I get through it by making sure I do some good stretches to ease the soreness.
Dieting is getting easier day by day, just need to make sure I stick to what I can eat and fight the temptations. BUT I have bad news, I gained 3 pounds; Ken and I came up with a diet that allows me to eat some of the things I want. With this diet I have a certain amount of calories, grams of fat, protein, and total carbs I can have per day. I still eat small meals with two snacks.
I now have to get used to people in the community congratulating me on my weight loss, which at times can be overwhelming, but I soak it all in ... I’m a small-town celebrity.
Thank you to my friends and family for continuing supporting me even though I have slipped a couple of times and gained the 3 pounds.
