Last week went well; it was my first week incorporating all my daily tasks into one day. I had to be on campus by 8 a.m., workout at 10:30 p.m. and be at work at 2:30 p.m.
This schedule has been tough, but I am doing my best to get everything done. The training at the gym got a little tougher. I had to do three minutes on the elliptical machine, which made my legs burn. I am still following my diet and watching what I eat.
On MLK Day, I didn’t have to go to school, didn’t have to meet with Ken my trainer, but work still calls. I still have the support of my family, friends and co-workers making sure I stay on track and do my best.
