SANDUSKY
Harlequins Community Theatre garnered a grand total of 11 awards at the NW Regional OCTA (Ohio Community Theatre Association) competition at Fort Jennings High School.
The local community theater performed an excerpt from, Ravenscroft, a mystery-comedy produced by the theatre this past season. They’ve also been invited to represent the NW Region at the State OCTA competition this September 4-7 in Cincinnati.
Awards were given in acting, directing, costuming, set and stage combat.
The awards won were:
Cast — Excellence in Ensemble
Lisa Wiley — Excellence in Directing, Excellence in Set, Excellence in Stage Combat
Jennifer Wertz — Excellence in Costuming
Ellie Stuck — Merit in Acting
Rob Albach — Merit in Acting
Deb Presser — Merit in Acting
Kelli Market — Merit in Acting
Dawnis Edge — Merit in Acting
Ellen Larsen — Outstanding in Acting
