Temperatures are predicted to range from 3 to 13 degrees.
If you will be outdoors during this period, dress warmly and cover all exposed skin. Avoid prolonged exposure to the cold to prevent frostbite and hypothermia.
Residents are also reminded to bring outdoor pets into an enclosed porch or garage, or otherwise provide them with adequate shelter to shield them from the cold.
