Connor Holbrook, of Bellevue, was handed the sentence after a jury found him guilty in November of complicity to commit felonious assault, complicity to tampering with evidence and obstructing justice, according to court records.

Holbrook drove a co-defendant, Tyler Smith, 19, of Bellevue, to a Willard-area home April 22, and Smith assaulted Dayton-area teen Austin Thornton with a crowbar.

Smith is serving nine years in prison for attempted murder. Brianna Boonie, 19, also of Bellevue, faces up to three years in prison after pleading guilty to obstructing justice in a plea agreement. Holbrook and Smith went to her apartment after the attack. She is set to be sentenced Feb. 6.
