UPDATED: Semi rollover closes lanes of U.S. 250

A truck carrying scrap metal near Ohio 113 west had closed the northbound lanes

UPDATE 9:43 a.m.
One lane of northbound traffic has been opened as crews work to remove the spilled scrap metal from the roadway.

 

ORIGINAL STORY 7:16 a.m.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area of U.S. 250 and Ohio 113 West after a semi carrying scrap metal rolled over according to the Erie County Sheriff's Office. 

The northbound lanes of U.S. 250 are completely closed with passable traffic in the southbound lanes.
