James Mitchell, 40, 400 block Taylor St., was charged with misuse of 911 and disorderly conduct.

Mitchell dialed 911 a short while after 9 p.m. Thursday, asking for a ride to the hospital, the report said.

When officers found Mitchell at Lindsley and Taylor streets, he told them he wanted to go to the emergency room and did not want to walk, the report said. “He said he ate some jalapenos and it did not agree with him” the report stated.

Officers soon learned Mitchell had been in the hospital three times in less than 16 hours. The most recent time he’d went there, he left due to a long wait, the report said.

Mitchell allegedly has a history of calling 911 when it’s unnecessary.

“He has been warned numerous times concerning this type of behavior” the report stated.

Mitchell was medically cleared at the emergency room and taken to the Erie County jail.

Too funny!

Stop It

The long wait on the third try was probably due to him wasting resources on the first two tries. Straight jacket his BS.
