The NCAA Division I wrestling championships in Des Moines, Iowa, kicked off tonight, and Register staffers were there to catch all the action.

Monroeville brothers Logan Stieber (133 pounds) and Hunter Stieber (141 pounds) are wrestling alongside their Ohio State University teammate Cody Magrum (184 pounds), of Oak Harbor.

The night is starting to wind down, so be sure to check back for updates. Register chief photographer Jason Werling and sports editor Mark Hazelwood are covering the three-day tournament, which ends Saturday night with the finals.

For more on the Stiebers and their bid to make history, check out the sports section in today's Register. Also, be sure to pick up the Register on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for complete coverage of our three local guys as they set out to trounce the competition.

For up-to-the-minute updates, check out Hazelwood's Twitter feed here.
