On Dec. 3, a man with disabilities allegedly made unwanted sexual contact with a woman who also has disabilities, according to the report.

The incident occurred while both were inside a transport van parked in a lot at Ohio 60 and Ohio 113, the report said. The incident was documented in a report dated Wednesday.

Erie County Chief Deputy Jared Oliver said deputies have been in contact with investigators at the Erie County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

They plan to interview the suspect, then pass the case on to prosecutors to determine possible charges.
