Per the city prosecutor, Sandusky police have now issued felonious assault and felony domestic violence warrants for Francene Adcock, 38. Adcock’s boyfriend went to the hospital the evening of June 16, after the alleged stabbing took place about 36 hours prior, according to a Sandusky police report.

The man never said why he didn’t call police, the report said.

He did tell officers they had been arguing when Adcock allegedly “snapped” When she lunged at the man, he tried to subdue her, the report said. But Adcock then grabbed a small paring knife, sinking the blade into his right shoulder blade then the left side of his ribs, the report said.

The man signed charges against Adcock but later failed to call police back regarding a search of his home. “(It appears) that he is not a very cooperative victim at this point in time” the report stated.

When officers locate Adcock, who the man said has a history of mental health issues, she will be served her charges and taken to the Erie County jail.
