Rayshawn Daniels, 20, 1200 block Chalet Drive, was charged with underage consumption, while a 17-year-old Donair Drive boy and two 17-year-olds from Ging Street, a boy and a girl, were all charged with curfew violation andĀ underage consumption.

In responding to a noise complaint at the Alpine Drive home, officers heard several people run through the back door and heard fences break, the report said. A Perkins police officer snagged Daniels as he walked from the area, while Sandusky officers found the three teens inside one of the bedrooms.

The homeowner later said she allowed her 17-year-old son to stay there, but he was not located when officers searched the home, the report said.

The three teens were handed over to the Erie County Detention Home, while Daniels was released to a sober person.
