An alleged scuffle Oct. 27 inside the Sandusky police station landed one Sandusky woman an assault charge.

Stella Anderson, 56, was arrested Sunday for the incident. Last week, Anderson and a man embroiled in a criminal car sale dispute bumped into each other at the police station, according to a Sandusky police report.

Anderson allegedly threatened to beat him up, with the man replying he had nothing to say to her. Anderson then pushed him, the report said.

Officers checked surveillance tapes following the argument and concluded Anderson was at fault, the report said.

A man recently alleged a woman gave him a bad check during the course of a car sale, Sandusky police Lt. Richard Braun said.

When the man and woman bumped into each other at the Meigs Street police station at 3 p.m. Sunday, their dispute turned physical, according to a Sandusky police report. The man was leaving the police station just as the woman entered to file an unrelated complaint.

Officers caught a snippet of the confrontation on surveillance monitors, in which the woman was seen pushing the man. Officers ran out to the lobby to intervene, and at that point the man alleged the woman began pushing him, the report said. The woman accused the man of pushing her first. Officers only caught the tail end of the fight, but they also heard the woman threaten to assault the man.

As soon as they clear up a technological glitch in the station’s surveillance system, officers plan to further review the footage to determine charges.

@ Didn't do it.... please tell me where a mistake was made! A glitch is something technical! Its not a human performance error as you are suggesting.

Really?.. if the roles were reversed and they caught the tail end of (him) pushing (her), then HE would have been arrested immediately, regardless!.. BS!

I love her jacket. Are they free?
